Alvaro Mallarino Cruz is a recognized Real Estate investor and entrepreneur with a strong financial background spanning over 15 years. Alvaro’s involvement with the Real Estate industry in Toronto dates from 2005 when Alvaro saw and realized investment opportunities in multiplex units in the Annex.

Alvaro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto, and is a CFA charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Alvaro’s experience includes several years of employment in the Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche in Toronto, two of the largest global consulting firms. His background taught him the essence of seizing key opportunities while managing risk and maximizing value as well as the importance of understanding the clients’ needs.
